Catalog description

This course continues to build on the skills and fundamentals taught and discussed during MSC 3001. Students will continue to build on the skills and fundamentals of Army Leadership, Officership, Army Values and Ethics, Personal Development, and small unit tactics at the platoon level. At the conclusion of this course, students will be capable of planning, coordinating, navigating, motivating, and leading a platoon in the execution of a mission during classroom PE, Leadership Lab, or during a Leader Training Exercise (LTX). Successful completion of this course prepares students for the ROTC Cadet Leader Course (CLC), which they will attend in the summer at Fort Knox, KY.
