Topics covered in this class will include: capital acquisition, legal structures of a small business, negotiation skills, accessing Governmental Resources for entrepreneurial and small business success, Government Contracting Issues, "Family Business" issues, Human Capital and Human Resource Issues for new and small businesses, and Partnership Issues in Business.
