Catalog description

This course offers students a survey of the historical, legal and social framework for and the process of negotiating a labor contract and handling typical grievance issues. Students will examine key elements to the organizing process, contract negotiations, and contract administration. Cognitive elements emphasized include knowledge, comprehension, application, and analysis.
