This course is a continuation of MGMT 3370 and will emphasize methods, tools and techniques used to promote the transition of a business idea to viable implementation. Topics include experimentation methods and customer analysis techniques, as well as address the use of technological feasibility and economic feasibility. Entrepreneurial techniques such as developing business idea pitches and using tools such as the Business Model Canvas will be incorporated into the learning experience.
