These goals must be set in hierarchical order, starting with the organization’s Vision; followed by its Mission and objectives. The idea is to teach students to think strategically, which will help them to understand the factors that contribute to organizational success and help equip students with the necessary tools to rise to high levels in organizations or run their own entrepreneurial ventures.
