Mathematical Physiology

Catalog description

This course introduces mathematical physiology models that describe various important functioning principles of human organs. Appropriate variables are included to capture the factors of interest. Students will study variables that are significant in maintaining a healthy physiological process and apply models to predict future pathological processes.
