Corporate Valuation and Strategy

Catalog description

This course provides students with the advanced knowledge and skills needed to value companies and make strategic decisions in the real world. Students will learn how to apply a variety of valuation techniques to different types of companies and industries, including public companies, private companies, companies in distressed situations, and project analysis. Students will also learn how to use valuation to inform strategic decisions, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate spin-offs, SEOs, and initial public offerings.
