Catalog description

This hands-on laboratory is the practical companion to ESET 4208 , focusing on the embedded design and systems engineering of unmanned mobile systems (UMS). Students gain direct experience by disassembling and analyzing the subsystems of motorized boats and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to understand their hardware architecture. The course culminates in a collaborative group project where students define mission requirements, architect, and build a fully functional UMS, integrating flight controllers, propulsion, and navigation sensors.
