Catalog description

What is Mexican-American culture, and how does literary production contribute to and tell us about it? This course attends to these questions through the study of Mexican American or Chicana/o/x literatures and cultures, placing these terms and texts in historical context. Readings for the course may include poetry, fiction, drama and/or non-fiction prose. TSI Restriction(s): Reading, Writing, and Math
