Introduction to Teaching Physical Education

Catalog description

This course will provide students instructional skills as they learn to apply the principles of teaching physical education. Students will learn teaching skills, explore the history of physical education and curriculum theories, and will learn the purpose of physical education and the standards that are in place to achieve that purpose. TSI Restriction(s): Reading, Writing, and Math
