Field Internship

Catalog description

This 3-hour course will provide students with direct experience in a variety of human services settings that address those with substance use and misuse or behavioral health issues. They will gain knowledge of how these settings assess and intervene to improve those individuals’ quality of life. Students will also be exposed to administrative aspects of the agencies where they are placed. TSI Restriction(s): Reading, Writing, and Math
