Field-Based Experience I

Catalog description

This lab course meets the TEA 50-hour field-based experience requirement and is designed to equip teacher candidates with classroom observation/reflection experiences in the field. Assignments within the course prepare teacher candidates for certification as well as their clinical teaching experience. The course must be successfully completed prior to participation in clinical teaching. Restriction(s): Enrollment is limited to students formally admitted to the teacher preparation program. TSI Restriction(s): Reading, Math, and Writing
