This course provides the knowledge and skills necessary for future elementary-level teachers to create a classroom environment of respect and rapport that fosters a positive climate for learning, equity, and excellence. Specifically, this course focuses on managing classroom procedures, managing student behavior, and maintaining a physical and emotional environment that is safe and productive.
