Introduction to the Superintendency

In this course students will analyze the nature, functions and activities of the public school superintendency including: historical and philosophical foundations; professional staff relations and management; public relations and communication; community relations and responsibilities, and the functions of planning, directing and supervising the instructional enterprise.
