Catalog description

This course prepares students to securely develop and operate Internet of Things (IoT) devices and cyber-physical systems (CPS) with embedded software and firmware. The course covers concepts on IoT and CPS architectures and application domains. It examines specific security and privacy risks in IoT and CPS and their application domains, and enables students to learn and develop methods or countermeasures to address those risks and threats. Graduate level students may not enroll. TSI Restriction(s): Reading, Writing, and Math
