Hardware Security

Catalog description

This course focuses on hardware security and covers security and trust from the hardware perspective. This course introduces students to hardware components including System on Chip (SoC) and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and examines security and trust issues in such hardware components. It also covers hardware security threats, malware, and attacks along with specific countermeasures against hardware attacks. Graduate level students may not enroll.
