Students learn how to measure, report, and interpret ESG (environmental, social, governance) performance. They examine how companies respond to the shareholders and stakeholders, including authorities. Also, students learn the relevance and fundamentals of corporate sustainability reporting and the reliance in firm value creation from the current theoretical framework perspective.
