Catalog description

This course comprises the use of forensic accounting theories and techniques for detecting and preventing fraud. Emphasis is placed on topics related to prevention, detection, and investigation methods to help minimize firms’ exposure to losses. The course includes the use of artificial intelligence (AI) for data mining and analysis of expected financial fraud. The course provides a solid foundation for building forensic accounting skills including gathering, interpreting, and documenting evidence.
