Prerequisite: STA 3003 , either MAT 1223 or STA 3023 , and completion of or concurrent enrollment in MAT 2213 . Axiomatic probability, random variables, discrete and continuous distributions, bivariate and multivariate distributions and their applications, mixture distributions, moments and generating functions, and bivariate transformations.
