Prerequisite: SPN 1033, placement test, or consent of instructor. Expanding learners’ literacy skills. Exploration of interdisciplinary topics from local, regional, national, and transnational cultural, historical, and social contexts. Topics include an introduction to Latine/x literature and art, borderlands cultural heritage, language and politics, and Spanish in the US Archives.
