Catalog description

Prerequisites: Completion of the 9 semester credit hours of core courses, 21 semester credit hours of electives, and permission from the Graduate Advisor of Record is required. This course is designed to prepare students for the written comprehensive examination and covers topics on sociological theory and methods. The grade report for the course is either “CR” (satisfactory performance on the comprehensive examination) or “NC” (unsatisfactory performance on the comprehensive examination).
