Prerequisite: Consent of instructor or unconditional admission to Doctoral program. Overview of research related to Military Health Psychology. Topics include military cultural competency, psychological assessment, population health, intervention, and treatment of health-related issues of importance to the military, such as depression, PTSD, substance-abuse, and combat-related injuries. Approaches to prevention and resiliency in military personnel and their family members are also covered. Course Fees: GHC1 $75; LRHC $10; STHC $18.
