Prerequisite: POL 1013 . An advanced experiential learning course designed to enhance trial and appellate advocacy skills for intercollegiate mock trials and moot court competitions. This class will further apply the essential skills necessary to present opening and closing statements, oral arguments, questioning of witnesses, assessing facts, and the study of case law, rules of procedure, and evidence. Course Fees: LRLF $10.27; STLF $18.48.
