Prerequisite: POL 1013 . An analysis of constitutional cases with close attention to alternative modes of interpretation and the role of precedent in judicial decision-making. Students will learn how to brief cases and will be expected to answer questions about assigned cases in class. (Formerly LGS 3323 and PAL 3323.
