Prerequisite: MMI 1053 , CHE 1103 , and NDT 2043 or equivalent; restricted to Nutrition and Health and Nutrition and Dietetics Majors only. Corequisites: NDT 3191 . Exploration of the chemical, physical, sensory, and nutritional properties of food in menu planning, food preparation, and recipe modification. (Formerly NTR 3023. Credit can only be earned for one of the following courses: NDT 3133 or NTR 3023). Students who declare the Nutrition and Health pre-CPD track may NOT register for this course.
