Catalog description

Prerequisites: MUS 2112 , MUS 2162 , and one of the following: MUS 1552 or MUS 2521 .  A survey of major choral composers, genres, works, and styles appropriate for middle school and high school choirs. Includes exposure to Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, and contemporary choral literature, including jazz and popular music. Generally offered: Fall of odd-numbered years.
