Prerequisite: MUS 2112 , MUS 2162 , MUS 2402 , and one of the following: MUS 1552 or MUS 2521 . Continued training in conducting, with emphasis on score reading, rehearsal techniques, expressive conducting, score interpretation, and repertoire. Different sections for Choral Conducting and Instrumental Conducting. Laboratory attendance is required. (Formerly MUS 2413. Credit cannot be earned for both MUS 3153 and MUS 2413.)
