Focuses on the development of functional keyboard skills for students pursuing the BA in Commercial and Digital Music. Emphases include posture and beginning technique, keyboard geography, reading/playing on the grand staff, solo repertoire, lead sheet playing, sight reading, transposition, harmonization, and improvisation.
