This course will focus on student understanding of universal management functions, such as planning, staffing, training, controlling, and evaluating, within the sales force context. The material and skills covered will be relevant to managing any group of employees though focused particularly on sales teams. As a result, students, regardless of major, will find it helpful in preparing for a professional career path that includes properly supervising and developing other employees.
