Catalog description

This course will provide the opportunity to learn how to proactively and iteratively search through networks and computer systems to detect and isolate latent intrusions. Students will also learn how to identify and anticipate cyber-related incidents using data analysis techniques on large data sets of structured and unstructured data from a variety of sources. The course will emphasize analytical methodologies needed to address Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) attacks as well as other known and unknown strategies for compromising a computer system. This course has Differential Tuition. Course Fees: DL01 $75.
