This course will introduce students to the commonly used data management software in community and public health. The focus of this course will be to familiarize students with processes of data management such as data monitoring, data cleaning and descriptive analysis for the purpose of research and evaluation. Additionally, information will be provided regarding institutional, state, and federal protections regarding the use and storage of health-related data. (Formerly KAH 5093 and KAH 5363.
