Course will provide foundational concepts relating to facility management technology and how it is used to assure quality, productivity and operational excellence in facility operations. Includes the use technology, quality assurance, economics and life‐cycle cost analysis and performance measurement and operational reporting to advance the productivity of facilities staff and provide customers and stakeholders with excellence in FM Services. This course has Differential Tuition.
