Prerequisite: ES 3033 with a grade of at least a 'C-'. This course examines the physical, chemical, and biological factors that determine biodiversity and the structure and function of aquatic and riparian ecosystems. Key ecological and hydrogeomorphology concepts and their application to environmental concerns are covered. (Same as BIO 4263 . Credit cannot be earned for both BIO 4263 and ES 4263 .)
