Prerequisite: EDP 5303 . Examines major approaches of individual assessment and intervention for students with academic difficulties. This course covers: interpreting data from academic assessment and observations, educational planning and decision making, intervention development, and academic progress monitoring. Also covers theory and application of specific instruments and techniques for assessment including supervised practice with test administration, scoring, and interpretation.
