This course explores the dynamic relationship between individual behavior, group interactions, and organizational processes. Students will examine foundational and contemporary theories of leadership, motivation, decision-making, and organizational culture. The course emphasizes the role of leadership in fostering effective communication, team dynamics, and managing change within global organizations. Through case studies and applied research, students will develop advanced skills in leadership strategies, ethical decision-making, and fostering innovation in diverse and complex environments.
