Catalog description
This course is a consideration of selected topics related to the functioning of courts as well as the law. Topics may include courtroom decision-making, specialty courts, criminal procedure, and jury trials. May be repeated for credit when topics vary, but no more than 6 hours will apply to the Master's degree. Course Fee: LRHC $10; STHC $18; GHC1 $75.
