Prerequisite: Doctoral status or consent of instructor. In-depth study and analysis of the traditional and contemporary theories of counseling, leadership and organizational theories and analysis of original works by theorists. Critical evaluation of philosophical and psychological assumptions that underlie various theories will be required.
