Theory, skills, and strategies pertaining to the principles and practice of leadership and advocacy in professional counseling and counselor education. Ethical and cultural strategies and social justice implications of leadership and advocacy. Exploration of social and political issues impacting the counseling profession and the individual, systemic, and policy-level skills of advocacy.
