Catalog description

Prerequisite: A grade of "C-" or better in CME 3203 and CME 3703 . This course focuses on the application of fundamental thermodynamic and transport phenomena principles to the separation of chemical and biological mixtures. Topics covered include the fundamental principles of select solid-fluid, liquid-liquid, and gas-liquid unit operations and their practical sizing and design. This course has Differential Tuition.
