This non-credit course allows students to officially document leadership experiences on their transcript. A semester-long opportunity for skill building and application such as self, social, and situational awareness. Students will identify and further develop a personal foundation of knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to leadership under the supervision of a faculty member or mentor. Minimum of 60 hours must be completed. Includes a self-reflection component. May be repeated. (Formerly GBA 4100. BU 4100 may be taken in combination with, or replaced with prior completion of GBA 4100.).
