This non-credit course allows students to officially document career and professional experiences on their transcript. Experiential activities that allow students to develop, apply, and articulate career-ready competencies. Supervision by a professional staff, faculty, or employer, on or off campus, who will sign off on work experience. To earn credit for work, paid or unpaid, a minimum of 60 hours for similar work that lasts no more than 90 days with a single employer/agency. Includes a self-reflection component. May be repeated. (Formerly GBA 1600. BU 1600 may be taken in combination with, or replaced with prior completion of GBA 1600.).
