This non-credit course allows students to officially document community engagement experiences on their transcript. An experiential and meaningful community-based learning opportunity to enrich the learning experience and develop skills of civic engagement/social responsibility. Supervision by a faculty member or community partner. Minimum of 30 hours of direct work on the activity or project must be completed. Includes a self-reflection component. May be repeated. (Formerly GBA 1500. BU 1500 may be taken in combination with, or replaced with prior completion of GBA 1500.).
