This non-credit course allows students to officially document leadership experiences on their transcript. Minimum 30 hours of skill building and application, such as self, social, and situational awareness, is required. Students will identify and further develop a personal foundation of knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to leadership under the supervision of a faculty member, supervisor, program official, or mentor. Includes a self-reflection component. May be repeated. (Formerly GBA 1100. BU 1100 may be taken in combination with, or replaced with prior completion of GBA 1100.).
