Prerequisite: Graduate standing in biology or environmental science, or consent of instructor. This course examines the physical, chemical, and biological factors that determine biodiversity and the distribution of freshwater ecosystems. Key ecological and hydrogeomorphology concepts and their application to environmental concerns are covered. Field trip required. (Same as ES 5113 .
