Catalog description

Prerequisite: Must have completed the application for graduation for the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art, and the course must be taken in the last semester of degree completion. As a capstone experience, students propose and complete an arts-based project that pairs artmaking with heuristic practice, which can be explored as a research project or through a practicum/internship experience. Students also learn about Art Therapy Master's programs, certification, and licensure, and prepare materials toward applying for graduate education or other related fields.
