Catalog description

Prerequisite: Enrollment in the MArch program. A study of ethical and legal business practices and conventions relating to architectural practice and the building industry. Course material considers ethics, codes and regulations, project delivery options, budgeting and scheduling, construction methodologies and corresponding administration systems, liability, and contract documents, as they inform the professional practice of architecture. (Formerly titled “Professional Practice and Construction in a Global Setting.”) Generally Scheduled Location: Downtown Campus. This course has Differential Tuition.
