Catalog description
This capstone course provides a culminating experience for students to demonstrate mastery of nurse educator competencies and program learning outcomes. Through a mentored, project-based approach, students apply educational theory, teaching strategies, and professional skills to address a real-world need in nursing education. Projects may focus on academic, clinical, or interprofessional teaching contexts. The course emphasizes reflective practice, leadership, and integration of evidence-based approaches across the domains of nursing education. Prerequisites: NURS 6361 , NURS 6262 , NURS 6134 , NURS 6266 , NURS 6138 , NURS 6264 , and NURS 6136 .
