Catalog description
This course provides the opportunity for clinical application of nursing leadership and management in diverse settings to promote safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and quality person-centered outcomes. Learners will apply leadership and management theories, models, and frameworks in the provision of person-centered care. Learners will focus on evidence-based practice, intra- and interprofessional collaboration, safety initiatives, clinical judgment, legal and ethical principles, system politics and advocacy. Corequisites: NURS 4329 .
