This course aims to provide opportunities to apply the knowledge and skills to improve health outcomes through community collaborations on a community-wide scale. Learners will identify health risks, implement evidence-based preventative measures, and promote wellness focusing on social determinants of health, health disparities, and available community resources. Corequisites: NURS 4327 .
