Catalog description
This course focuses on the theory and practice of health assessment of individuals and families across the lifespan, emphasizing the adult and geriatric population. The learner will demonstrate the appropriate physical assessment techniques while considering the clients health history to provide comprehensive and holistic care. In addition, learners will demonstrate clinical reasoning and judgment by interpreting subjective & objective assessment data, analyzing trends, and identifying risk factors. Prerequisites: Admission to the Accelerated B.S.N. Track is required. Corequisites: NURS 3273 .
